Journey Schedule and Re-entry Settings

After you finish designing the journey map by adding journey nodes, click Next to complete the journey settings.

Under Journey schedule, set the start time and the end time of the journey.

Under Journey re-entry, select a re-entry rule.

• Users can enter this journey only once: Once exited, users will not re-enter this journey.
• Users can re-enter this journey up to X times after exiting: Enter the maximum number of times users can enter this journey and set a minimum interval between entries.
• Users can re-enter this journey any number of times after exiting: Users can re-enter this journey an unlimited number of times during the journey schedule. Set a minimum interval between entries.

Note

• If you allow users to re-enter the journey, be sure to set an appropriate minimum interval to avoid sending too many messages to users. After the minimum interval has passed, users will re-enter the journey if the past conditions are met or when they complete the real-time event.
• If you edit the re-entry rule after a journey becomes active, users who are already in the journey but have exceeded the maximum number of re-entries will continue to finish the journey.
• Push notifications in journey map are also capped by the daily limit set in account settings. The minimum intervals in account settings do not affect journey map messages.
