Credit consumption
Certain agent actions, such as campaign previews and predictive segment creation, will consume credits.
- Each organization has a shared credit balance.
- Your organization's credit balance resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
- If credit usage exceeds your current balance, credit overage charges are incurred.
