Journey Settings
After designing the map by adding journey nodes, click Next to configure the following journey settings:
Journey schedule
Under Journey schedule, set the start and end time of the journey.
Journey re-entry
Under Journey re-entry, select a re-entry rule.
- Users can enter this journey only once: Once users exit, they won't re-enter this journey.
- Users can re-enter this journey up to X times after exiting: Enter the maximum number of re-entries and set a minimum interval between each entry.
- Users can re-enter this journey any number of times after exiting: Users can re-enter this journey an unlimited number of times during the journey schedule. Set a minimum interval between entries.
Note
- Set an appropriate minimum interval to avoid sending too many messages to users. Users re-enter the journey when the past conditions are met or when they complete the real-time event after this interval.
- If you change the re-entry rule on an active journey, it won't affect to users who've already exceeded the new limits.
- Push notifications in journeys follow the daily limit in your account settings. However, account-level minimum intervals don't apply to journey map messages.
Campaign attribution settings
Under Campaign attribution settings, select an attribution model and configure the attribution window to define how conversion credit gets assigned to your journey.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Attribution model | Select how the system credits conversions to clicks or views. • Auto-selected: The system automatically applies an attribution model (such as Click or Last-click) based on the sending channel. • Last-click: Credits the conversion to the journey a user last clicked within the attribution window. • Last-view: Credits the conversion to the final journey message a user viewed within the attribution window. |
| Attribution window | Define how long after a click or view a conversion can be attributed to the journey. You can set a window from 30 minutes to 30 days. To learn more about how conversion windows are calculated, see Understanding attribution windows. |
